Our youth board places young people at the heart of decision-making, ensuring their voices shape everything we do. Members work alongside staff to influence programme design, governance and organisational development. This creates meaningful opportunities for leadership, builds confidence and ensures our services remain relevant, responsive and rooted in the lived experiences of young people.
